Each and every way, ‘tis the box will contain a minimum of over $275 retail value of the most up to date, must have products in health, beauty & lifestyle. Each box is hand curated by our expert shoppers in Australia, who have dedicated themselves to finding you the very best, most up to date products you won’t want to live without.
That’s more than $275 worth (minimum) of the best in health, beauty & lifestyle for just $89.95 one, two, three or four times a year as you choose.
And that’s a promise.
Once you have selected your box you will be asked if this is a One Off purchase or you wish to sign up as a Recurring Seasonal or Annual Subscription. If you are purchasing a One Off Box you do not need to create an Account.
If you sign up as a Recurring Seasonal or Annual subscriber you will be asked to create an account with your email and password.
We will also send you an email inviting you to activate your account. It is very important that you activate your account so that you can continue to log in and manage your subscription in the future. If you do not activate your account you will not be able to customise your future boxes.
To make it easy for you, we have created four unique boxes – each with the same 5 Core products. Plus 2 Custom products. You just choose the box which you like most and we’ll take care of the rest.
When you have chosen your box you will be directed to our Checkout and asked to enter your Shipping, Billing and Payment details. Please take special care in entering these details and double check they are 100% correct. Any errors could delay your box being despatched.
As soon as you have placed your order and checked out you will be charged accordingly and receive a confirmation email from us welcoming you to the ‘tis the box family. We will ask you to check your order again, confirm your details and put hello@tisthe.com in your address book so you can receive important notifications from us.
When you sign up for the Recurring Seasonal Box you will be charged $89.95 straight away for the current season’s box. You won’t pay shipping. When the next season comes around, we will email giving you priority pick to customise your box and your credit card will be automatically charged $89.95 on the 15th of the month (prior to the next season). You do not have to re-enter your credit card details or resubscribe.
If you do not want the new season box you MUST CANCEL your subscription before the Billing Date of the 15th of the month. Otherwise your credit card will be automatically deducted on the 15th of the month and we will automatically choose a box for you. This is not refundable.
If you wish to cancel your Annual Subscription you must do this after you have received your 4th and last box but before the next season's billing date.
You can choose from a One Off, Recurring Seasonal Subscription or Annual Subscription. All give you access to the same must have health, beauty & lifestyle items. All offer great value.

If you sign up for the Recurring Seasonal Subscription, you'll pay $89.95 for each seasonal ‘tis the box with FREE Shipping plus 30% off all products in the ‘tis the box Shop. Your membership automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. PLUS as a VIP member we will email you before your next box ships to give you first pick.
If you change your mind and want to switch over to an Annual Subscription, that’s easy too. Just go into your account, cancel your Recurring Seasonal Subscription and purchase a new Annual Subscription.
Annual Subscription $329.95.
Signing up for an Annual Subscription automatically qualifies you as a ‘tis the box VIP member.
You’ll pay $329.95 upfront and you won’t get charged again until the start of your new Annual Subscription.
PLUS as a VIP member we will email you before your next box ships to give you priority pick of our boxes. Your Annual Subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date. You must not cancel before you have received your 4th and final box but you must cancel before the next season's billing date.
Note for Recurring Seasonal members: Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. If you join as a recurring Seasonal Subscriber and later decide to be Annual, you will need to log into your account, cancel your Recurring Seasonal Subscription and purchase an Annual Subscription.
You’ll immediately be charged $329.95 which will cover your next four ‘tis the boxes. Remember - any upgrade applies to future boxes which is in addition to your original seasonal box, unless prior cancelled.

From Summer 2020 we’re giving all Seasonals and all Annuals a very special 30% off discount in ‘tis the Shop. This discount applies to all individual products – not boxes. Each season you can choose 2 Custom products in your box, plus receive an additional 5 Core products that we’ve carefully curated for you.

5. This will take you to the customisation section where you can choose your personalised box.
6. When you have selected your box remember to click the Save button. Be careful to only have one box ticked. You can not have 2 boxes ticked. Simply unclick the box you don't want and click the one you do want. Always push Save at the end.

Shipping Method
Your ‘tis the summer box will be shipped by Australia Post eParcel and will take 5 - 7 working days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia. Your box is subject to safe drop unless requested otherwise via Australia Post. Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Lockers is available.
Once your box is despatched you will receive one email from us saying your box is being shipped, then a second email from Open Freight confirming your box has been scanned by Australia Post together with a Tracking Number. This Tracking Number belongs to Australia Post and is for you to follow your box all the way from us to you within the Australia Post Portal https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
It is your responsibility to track your box via Australia Post and check your box is moving. If more time than our advertised 7-10 business days has passed and you still have not received your box you should check your Tracking Details again with Australia Post and if necessary lodge an online enquiry using your Tracking Number.
Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the despatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
If more time than our advertised 7-10 business days has passed and you still have not received your box you should check your Tracking Details again with Australia Post and if necessary lodge an online enquiry using your Tracking Number.
Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post eParcel.
Once your box has been despatched from ‘tis the box warehouse you will receive an email with a Tracking Number from Open Freight advising your box has been received and scanned by Australia Post.

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").
Yes. When you order your box, ‘tis the box will email you an Order Confirmation. Then when your box leaves our warehouse you will receive full Tracking Details from Australia Post. You can follow the progress of your box all the way from us to you. It is your responsibility to track the delivery of ‘tis the box via the Tracking Details supplied by Australia Post at the time of despatch.
If you are not at home to receive ‘tis the box, and you have not left instructions to leave your box unattended, Australia Post will leave a card advising you where your box has been taken for you to collect. This will always be your local Post Office where you normally pick up parcels. You will need your Tracking Number and ID to collect your box from the Post Office.
‘tis the box is your first health, beauty & lifestyle subscription box made by Australians for Australians. One day we’ll share the love outside of Australia, but for now, ‘tis the box is just for us Aussies.
We offer FREE shipping on all Recurring Seasonal and Annual Subscriptions. And a Standard Shipping fee of just $12.95 on all One Off Boxes and individual products from our Store Australia wide.
‘tis the autumn box will start shipping from our Melbourne Metro Warehouse March 1, 2021. This applies to all orders taken before this date. Orders taken after March 1, 2021 will be shipped out within 2 – 4 business days from the day of your order being processed and delivered according to Australia Post guidelines.
Delivery times: Australia Post has advised some delays due border closures. You can also keep up-to-date with Australia Post’s alerts here.

Pop onto tisthe.com and click on Login in the top right hand corner. Enter the email address and password you signed up with and you will see your full subscription dashboard.
If for some reason you can not log in this is most likely because you did not physically activate your account when you first signed up with us. Check your Inbox at the time you signed up for our email inviting you to activate your account or email us at hello@tisthe.com and we will resend your activation email.
It’s important to keep your Billing and Shipping Details up to date. Any errors will significantly delay the delivery of your box, or your box even being lost.
To update your details:
1. Log in to your Account
2. Click on Manage Subscription
3. To edit your address Click on Address and Shipping Information and then Click Edit
4. To edit change Payment Details Click on Payment Information and then Click Edit
If you forget your password – we all do it! – pop onto tisthe.com, click on the drop down menu, select Reset Password and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Cancel Subscription
We hate to see you go. But if you do need to cancel your subscription or just take a break from ‘tis the box, it’s important you let us know before your next bill date.
The next bill date is always the 15th of the month immediately prior to the next season.
If you do not cancel before the 15th of the month you will be charged for the next season's box and we will select a box for you. This is not refundable.
If you are cancelling an Annual Subscription you must do so after you have received the last of your 4 boxes and before the next season's billing date which is always the 15th of the month prior to the new season.
Our new season billing dates are:
Autumn Feb 15
Winter May 15
Spring Sept 1
Summer Nov 15.
All you need to do is log into your ‘tis the dashboard, go to My Subscription and Orders and go to Cancel. We can’t refund you for any paid boxes, but we won’t charge you a cancellation fee. We’ll simply email you a confirmation and stop charging you before the next billing cycle – Recurring Seasonal or Annual.

Unwrapped Boxes
When one Season’s Box sells out and we’re waiting to launch our new Season’s Box we like to put together what we call an Unwrapped Box. It’s called Unwrapped because it’s not in our usual pretty box; instead it’s a plain box but it will contain a variety of our favourite products from our previous boxes. And they represent amazing value!
To order an Unwrapped Box simply go to our website and Click on the Get the Unwrapped Box banner.
The price and contents of our Unwrapped Boxes will change all the time and depend on which of our favourite products we decide to put in the box. Look out on our website for details.
Our Unwrapped Boxes are only available when our Seasonal Boxes are sold out – in between seasons.
Personalised Notes
Due to the high volume of boxes we despatch each season we are not able to accommodate personalised notes inside our boxes.

tis the box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on boxes, box items, additional box purchases, or shop/edit sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Should any goods be faulty, we will gladly replace.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor do we make any guarantees on the suitability of products for any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements.
a. SUBSCRIPTIONS
When making an order to purchase any items from our website or to subscribe to future orders, you must follow the instructions on the website as to how to make your order before you submit it to the website.
You may purchase a One Off box, a recurring Seasonal box, or a discounted Annual plan. The One Off box is a one off payment. The recurring Seasonal box will automatically renew every three months with payment on the 15th of the month prior to the receipt of the box. The Annual plan is where you pay an initial upfront discounted price and receive all four quarterly seasonal boxes over a 12 month period. All recurring Seasonal and Annual subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. Unless a subscription is cancelled prior to the billing date or subsequent subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. One off box purchases and eGift Cards do not automatically renew.
b. ORDERS
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the subscription price paid (including any gift purchases of a subscription), we will not provide a refund of the subscription price unless we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription. On delivery of the order, you may be required to sign for delivery, unless you grant us ‘authority to leave’ in the notes section at checkout. You agree to inspect the order for any damage or missing items before you sign for delivery.
c. RETURNS
We do not accept returns of boxes or individual products unless agreed by both parties. If you intend to seek a refund or replacement, please email hello@tisthis.com. Please include the order number and reason for the return, and provide photographic evidence of any visible damage to the item/s. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two weeks of receipt of delivery (as shown delivery receipt). We do not refund any opened or used products. Any refunds or replacements are made solely in our discretion.
d. POSTAGE
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order but we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Seasonal boxes ordered in advance of the next season will be shipped in the second week of the season – June, September, December & March. Boxes ordered during the season will be shipped once the order payment has been confirmed.
‘tis the uses the services of third party carriers for delivery of your boxes. You acknowledge that all boxes delivered to you from us will be delivered using a third party carrier and you accept that all title in and risk to the box will pass to you upon the third party carrier being given possession of the box by us. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage to the box or any products during delivery and expressly excludes any liability in relation to this.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your shipping address, email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
